Shipping policy

We thank you for supporting our Alabama small business.

Lets face it, no one likes paying for shipping but unfortunately it is a part of getting your goods to you. We charge the actual shipping cost or less and no more than that.

Our shipping is placed at fair rates allowing you to shop online knowing you can purchase products and the shipping will be based on the actual delivery fee.

We ship all items out 3 times a week. If you order by 5pm orders will be shipped on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.

All week end orders will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Policy:

Delivery of products is just as import as the product its self.

Once your order has been received it will be picked, packed and sealed ready for delivery.

We choose to ship all our parcels through USPS standard or priority mail.

If for some reason your parcel is taking a long time to arrive or it arrives damaged please contact us via email at INFO@SOAPSCENTSATIONS.COM.
